Balfour Beatty Living Places asked ETHICAL to provide a mail fulfilment service to help save costs when compared with internal fulfilment.
In 2018, they saved £12000 by moving their internal mail fulfilment process to ETHICAL and in 2019, have saved £5000 since April to date (June 2019)
We helped them save costs across a range of metrics, including:
- Lithograph printing
- Envelope fulfilment
- Administration time
Cost savings scaled with the size of each individual mailing. The graph below compares the costs of internal mail fulfilment (including discounted postage rates) with the costs of using ETHICAL. It shows the financial savings based on mailings of different sizes, with mailings of 10,000 units saving £4000 when using ETHICAL. We become cost-effective from as few as 100 units:
